TORNADO STRIKES WISCONSIN
A Wisconsin Tornado hits on 6/21/10 leaving massive damage behind. The June tornado hits Eagle and Muskego city’s in Wisconsin. The governor Jim Doyle announced a $7,500 grant for Waukesha County homeowners affected by the disaster. Waukesha County are that 100 were damage and 25 destroyed. The National Weather Service confirmed it was an EF2 reaching winds up to 160 miles an hour in Muskego.
The tornado that hit eagle that left a trail of wreckage only one person was injured. A woman was on her way to her basement suffered cuts and abrasions from flying glass, officials said. The police in Eagle are saying it was an EF2.
Sheriff Dan Trawicki said a tremendous amount of people from region volunteered to help with clean up. Gov. Jim Doyle is expected to tour the damage area in eagle 9 and 10 a.m. Wednesday. One person was stuck in a damage house for about four hours.
If nobody wrote the news article about the tornado nobody would her about it. The tornado could have changed things in Eagle, Wisconsin.
